Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether, in his promised announcement about the Government's intentions regarding the implementation of the Lord Boyle Committee's proposals to increase the salaries of the higher-paid civil servants, judiciary and nationalised boards, he will give details of the cash amounts of such increases, the percentage these increases represent of existing salaries in each instance, and the amount of increases that these people have received each year since 1964.
