§ Mr. David HowellNo special arrangements need to be made in the case of such of the Northern Ireland subordinate legislation as is required to be laid before the United Kingdom Parliament; but my right hon. Friend is considering how best to make available to hon. Members information about Northern Ireland subordinate legislation which is required to be laid only before the Parliament of Northern Ireland and which continues to be laid there.
