JosephVery careful consideration is now being given to the publicity plans for the attendance allowance at the lower rate for those who need attention by day or by night, and the Attendance Allowance Board are being asked for advice. I will be glad to explain those plans in more detail at the appropriate time, but if in the meantime my hon. Friend has any particular points in mind he may like to let me know of them.
