§ Mr. Fernyhoughasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the Government will seek to co-ordinate their efforts with those of the other member States of the Council of Europe in the framework of the Food and Agriculture Organisation World Food Programme for promoting the over-hauling of the world prices of raw materials, particularly of agricultural products in relation to payment for the exports of developing countries.
