§ Mr. Skeetasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will recommend to the International Monetary Fund that a special issue of Special Drawing Rights be allocated to developing States to offset the losses sustained by depletions to their reserves consequent upon changes in exchange rates by major industrial states.
