§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will publish in the Official Report a detailed list of the rules and regulations &c. which food manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers will have to observe on Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community, and a brief summary of these giving an account of how they will affect the manufacturer, price, sale and distribution of such food items.
§ Mr. PriorPre-accession texts of the relevant Community legislation have already been published. I do not think it would be appropriate to summarise them in the Official Report, or to describe their effect in isolation from other factors.
