§ Mr. WoodRecommendation 668 of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe has been transmitted to the World Food Programme, the Food and Agriculture Organisation and the European Communities. Until the views of these organisations are known, it would be too soon to take a view on whether such a fund should be set up.
