§ Mr. Tom BoardmanThe total quantity of crude steel produced in Great Britain in the years 1966 and 1971 was 24.32 and 23.79 million tons, respectively. The number of persons employed in the steel industry at mid-December in the same years was 348,700 and 296,500.
