§ Mr. van StraubenzeeNo. My noble Friend the Paymaster-General has now received the Report of the Working Party which has been considering the practical implications of introducing a Public Lending Right scheme by amendment of the Copyright Act; in the light of this he will consider whether such an amendment would be practical and worthwhile. The Report will be published as soon as possible.
