§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will seek to create an international organisation for the production of coffee along the lines of the suggested agreement between coffee-producers set out in the booklet entitled, Coffee, the Rules of Neo-Colonialisaition, published by the Haselmere Group, a copy of which has been sent to him.
§ Mr. PriorNo, I believe that the arrangements proposed would be less satisfactory, for coffee producers as well as for the world economy, than those already obtaining under the present International Coffee Agreement.
