Mr. Michael HeseltinThe report will be published tomorrow. I am grateful to the Noise Advisory Council and to the sub-committee for the valuable work they have done and for their helpful advice. Though there are some passages in the body of the report on which expert opinion may justifiably differ, the conclusions are certainly acceptable to the Government.
