§ Mr. Meacherasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what percentage of retirement pensioners and of the non-retired population, respectively, received supplementary benefits in Waltham Forest, Bexley, Havering, Merton, Red, bridge, Kensington, Chelsea, Tower Hamlets, Camden, Islington and Southwark, respectively, in the period January to December, 1970.
