§ Mr. Terry Davisasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) whether she is aware of the concern expressed by the Redditch District Education Committee at their meeting on 7th October, 1971, about her delay in giving approval to the proposed scheme for the reorganisation of education in Redditch as published on 4th December, 1970; and what explanation she has given for this delay;
(2) whether she is aware of the criticism expressed by the Worcestershire Education Committee at their meeting on 11th October, 1971, about her delay in giving approval to the proposed scheme for the reorganisation of education in Redditch as published on 4th December, 1970; and what action she will take to avoid such criticism in future.
