§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will now publish the correspondence he has had in the last year with embassies suspected of having excessive numbers of diplomatic personnel; and what steps he now intends to take to ensure these numbers are reduced forthwith.
