§ Mr. RidleyI have read with interest the document to which the hon. Member refers. As he is no doubt aware, it is 103W a draft which has not yet been adopted by Lamsac (Local Authorities Management Services and Computer Committee). Until it has received its originators' authority it would not, in my view, be appropriate for me to comment on it.
