JosephBetter use of available kidneys should be achieved by a scheme of which I hope to announce full details shortly which will provide a national interchange of detailed clinical information about patients requiring transplants and about kidneys available for the purpose. I am actively studying whether other acceptable and effective means of increasing supply can be devised.
