§ Mr. Dudley SmithIn England and Wales new regional offices of the tribunals will be set up in seven towns, an increase from six to 13. In Scotland new offices will be set up in three cities. Tribunals will also sit in other places as circumstances require. The tribunals will take over their new jurisdictions—except for jurisdiction over breaches of contracts of employment—early in 1972.
