JosephNo immediate effect, but under the simultaneous reform of the National Health Service the boundaries of the new health authorities will in general56W follow those of local government to facilitate collaboration. The Sheffield Regional Hospital Board will disappear and I am considering the special problem of regional boundaries in this part of the country.
