§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI have nothing to add to what my right hon. Friend said in his speech in the House on 23rd November. All proposals by local education and health authorities for projects in the assisted areas in the South-West which could be substantially completed by March, 1973, were included in the £200 million programme of capital works and housing improvement grants which he referred to. The programmes for capital expenditure on education and health are set out in Cmnd. 4829. Responsibility for the control of these programmes rests with my right hon.
