§ Mr. Carterasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) if he is satisfied with the way in which all motor insurance companies are carrying out their statutory responsibilities; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what checks he makes of all motor insurance companies to satisfy himself that they are complying with all Sections of the Companies Acts; and what form these checks take.
