§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether he will give an assurance that all the rules, regulations and edicts which Great Britain will have to implement on entry into the Common Market will be available in the form of authenticated and agreed English translations for the supply of one copy of each to every Member of Parliament before Her Majesty's Government' sign any treaty, form of accession, or paper with the European Economic Community.
