§ Mr. RidleyI am not aware of any such contracts. If the hon. Member has in mind licences issued by this Department under Petroleum Production legislation, then those licences which relate to blocks located within the Scottish area of the United Kingdom Continental Shelf are drafted in accordance with Scots law.
