§ Mr. van StraubenzeeMany have received the same increases as other students. The previous rates have been retained only where the wife, while taking a full-time course, is living at home with her husband who is not himself a full-time student or incapacitated and dependent on her. In allocating the additional funds available for student grants it was considered that other claims were stronger.
