When my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister met M. Schumann on 12th November they discussed the enlargement of the European Communities and a variety of international questions of interest both to France and the United Kingdom. M. Schumann also had extensive discussions with my right hon. Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth 214W Secretary; and I would draw the hon. Member's attention to the Anglo-French Declaration published at the end of his visit, a copy of which is in the Library of the House.
