§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications whether he will make a further statement on his rôle as sponsor of the Post Office by specifying the wide range of matters upon which consultations have taken place with him since June, 1970; and, in particular, whether these include improvements in the postal collection and delivery services.
