§ Mr. RidleyWhen the report was published, my right hon. Friend and I wrote to the large number of professional bodies concerned and invited them to reexamine their practices in the light of the report. We have now heard from nearly all of these bodies, and when their replies have been carefully considered we shall decide on any further action which may be necessary.
