asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will make a statement about the progress of negotiations between his Department and the Australian Department of Civil Aviation about low fare flights to that country.

The number of entrants to the one-year post-graduate course this year was 2,510. The comparable figures for 1970 and 1969 were 1,758 and 1,652 respectively. The details are contained in the following table:
