Mr. Milneasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will give details of discussions with the Association of British Travel Agents and other representatives of the travel trade in regard to proposals for the setting up of independent arbitration bodies for the protection of the holidaymaker and dealing with complaints.
