§ Mr. RidleyThe Bolton Committee of Inquiry on Small Firms has made detailed recommendations designed to create the conditions in which small firms throughout the country can make their full contribution to our economic growth. On 3rd November my right hon. Friend outlined to the House the Government's position on a number of the main recommendations and we are now giving the report further careful and sympathetic study.
