§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement on the Government's declaration of policy on international fisheries policy as made to the German Foreign Affairs Association in Bonn on Tuesday, 1st November, 1971; and whether the Government's declaration on the settlement of this issue before entry into the European Economic Community included the maintenance of the 12-mile limit.
