§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Attorney-General whether he will arrange to have published in some form, placed in the Library of the House of Commons or circulated to Members of Parliament, details of the official facts and figures given at the London Magistrates Association meeting held in London on Friday, 8th October, 1971, regarding the £5½ million of fines which are not paid and the profitability of persons deliberately evading the payment of their Road Fund licences and their television licences; and what action he proposes to take to change this situation.
