§ Mr. Peter WalkerI have asked the Minister for Transport Industries to take over from the Minister for Local Government and Development the responsibility for all planning and transport casework for the Greater London Council area and for traffic policy generally. The Minister for Local Government and Development continues to be responsible for planning policy generally and for casework outside Greater London.
