asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate the cost to the National Insurance Fund of reducing the age of retirement to 60 years.

About £700 million a year. The reply my right hon. Friend gave to the hon. Member for Oldham, East (Mr. Lamond) on 25th October included the cost of additional non-contributory supplementary pensions.—[Vol. 823, c.273.]
