§ Mr. Peter ThomasThe statutory responsibility for making such estimates rests with the respective river authorities under the general guidance of the Water Resources Board, which advises me in these matters. Later this year, I expect to receive the board's report on its Wales and Midlands study. This report should provide comprehensive information about future water supply and demand in Wales.
