§ Mr. SharplesA proclamation of a state of emergency was made on the occasion of the national docks dispute. It was in force from 16th July to 4th August, 1970. A further proclamation was made on the occasion of the electricity industry manual workers' dispute. It was in force from 12th to 17th December, 1970.
