§ Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he considers that Great Britain will be able to renounce its derogation from the European Convention on Human Rights in respect of Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. RoyleWe will be able to withdraw this notice of derogation when we are satisfied that the situation in Northern Ireland no longer requires it to be maintained.
