§ 54. Mr. S. O. Daviesasked the Lord President of the Council if he will arrange that the Members for Welsh constituencies shall be granted three whole days in every Session to discuss on the Floor of the House problems relating to their constituencies and to Wales in general, in view of the fact that present arrangements are inadequate.
§ Mr. WhitelawI believe that the opportunities for the discussion of Welsh affairs are already adequate.
