§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsAbout 10 per cent. of the 11.2 million private cars are not covered by insurance which includes passenger liability cover and about 30 per cent. at most of the 2.1 million commercial vehicles. Very few of the 1.13 million solo motor-cycle policies include such cover.
