§ Mr. Anthony Grant79 industrial development certificates, which were estimated by the companies concerned to provide nearly 7,400 additional jobs when the projects are complete and fully manned, were issued in the Hartlepools Group of Employment Exchange Areas. One certificate has been issued since the area became a special development area. I regret that I cannot disclose details of individual cases.
