§ Mr. WhitelawThe salary of the Catering Manager is fixed by the Catering Sub-Committee of the Services Committee, in the light of salaries paid in the trade for posts of similar responsibility. The Manager has to pay his normal living expenses out of his salary. He is entitled to free meals and he does not pay his secretary's salary.
