HL Deb 11 May 1971 vol 318 cc1057-8WA
LORD BEAUMONT OF WHITLEY

asked Her Majesty's Government what are the rates of allowance for a wife included in a Serviceman's disablement pension, and how long is it since they were altered

LORD ABERDARE

This now obsolete allowance is payable at 50p a week with a Serviceman's 100 per cent. war pension, and at proportionately lower rates with lesser assessments. The rate of allowance has not been increased since it was first introduced in 1919.

House adjourned at eight minutes past two o'clock.
