§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThe day-to-day conduct of our negotiations for entry into the E.E.C. is a matter for which my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster is responsible; I can assure my hon. Friend that in formulating our attitude to the Common Fisheries Policy the interests of the fishermen on the N.E. coast of Scotland will be taken fully into account.
