Toll Bridges and Tunnels

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT, for those toll bridges and tunnels for whose charges he has responsibility, the names of those who charge a toll to disabled drivers.

The only tolled crossing for which my right hon. Friend is directly responsible is the Severn Bridge. Disabled drivers' vehicles exempt from excise duty are exempted from tolls on this crossing.
