§ Mr. Dempseyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how many additional secondary teachers will be required, what subjects will be involved, and how many pupil places will be needed in Lanarkshire in the event of the school leaving age being raised to 16;
(2) if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT details showing the total shortage of secondary teachers in each high school in Lanarkshire, the subjects involved, and 331W the percentage this represents of the total of the approved secondary establishment in each high school.
