Dame Irene Wardasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will state the names, composition and object, together with total grant, of every organisation which receives a Government grant, and seek to provide that where reports or printed works emanate from the organisation a copy is sent to the Library.
§ Mr. HigginsI regret that a comprehensive statement could not be provided without undue expenditure of time and effort, but all grants in aid are separately specified in the Estimates. The Library already receives many of the publications referred to in the Question.
