Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the Government's desire to promote full discussion of all aspects of Great Britain's possible entry into the European Economic Community, he will reconsider the policy of his Administration of not interfering in programme matters, so that he can request the British Broadcasting Corporation and the Independent Television Authority to afford broadcasting facilities to all political parties which contested the last General Election to explain their views on Great Britain's entry into the European Economic Community.
