§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many of the 429 individuals or companies which were the subject of complaint under the Registration of Business Names Act in 1968 to 1970 eventually complied with the Act.
§ Mr. Ridley181 complied. Investigation showed that the other complaints were about businesses which could not be traced or were not required to register.
