§ Mr. David HowellFollowing discussions between the interests concerned, the Government have decided that the responsibility for the administration of the grant in aid to the flour milling and baking, fruit and vegetable preservation, British food manufacturing industries and the British industrial biological research 407W associations should be transferred from the Department of Trade and Industry to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food with effect from 1st April, 1971. There has been full consultation with the associations and this change in no way affects their status.
