asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether, in their negotiations with the REC., the representatives of the United Kingdom have accepted freedom of movement within the Community.

Her Majesty's Government accept the Treaty of Rome and Community legislation flowing from it, including the provisions which govern freedom of movement of labour and rights of establishment within the Community.
