§ Mr. RidleyI understand that the Central Electricity Generating Board has decided to defer for 12 months consideration of the placing of the main plant contracts for this power station because the Electricity Council's latest estimates of future demand for electricity and the plant needed to meet it do not justify starting work on the station this year.
